Our team of creative bar consultants approach projects like a design project. We work closely with you as a client and guide you trough all the steps to take. First we start with a brainstorm with the team to hear more about the wishes, ambition and direction and extensive research on the (local) market and worldwide cocktail trends.

With these results in hand we’ll move forward. Creating a strong beverage concept suiting the style of the brand and the theme of the venue and perfecting this into all the small details of the bar. For the different phases we will provide sketches, moodboards and descriptions which gives the possibility to give feedback any moment in the process.

This will be the start of creating truly unique experiences for the bar. Thinking about all the senses. Tailor made beverage programs with drinks that tickle the 5 senses, have a sense of storytelling and totally suiting the concept of the place. What will the guest smell entering the bar? How do we want them to feel when leaving the bar? Think about the decor on the bar, the outfits of the bartenders and how to put down a strong logistic plan for speed and consistency.

tHe STEPS WE TAKE

  • Ideally we start with preparations, design & sourcing for the bar program at least 4 months before the actual on-site trainings. When we’re also involved in the bar design, even earlier.

  • Research. Always on par with the latest trends & techniques of the local and worldwide cocktail market. But this also includes a brainstorm with your team.

  • Concept development. Working from a strong beverage concept suiting the style of the brand and the themes of the venues and perfecting this into all the small details of the program.

  • Cocktail & menu creation. Drinks that tickle the five senses, have a sense of storytelling and people can only experience at your place. Fresh botanical ingredients, unique flavour profiles, stunning presentations and small rituals surrounding it. A memorable experience for guests to enjoy and tell their friends about.

  • Sourcing. Sourcing thereby fitting glassware, bar tools, decor & accessoires.

  • Bar logistics. A smart and strong logistic system that ensures consistency and speed.

  • Bar Training. After the design & sourcing process our team will come ons site for on average 2 weeks. We give the bar team training at highest craftsmanship level and lots of inspiration to spark their drive & ambition.

  • Manuals. Creating Manuals with Visual Guides, Recipes, SOP’s, Opening & Closing Lists, Stock Lists, Point of Sales and all other documents needed for above.

  • Menu Design. As your experience start with the opening of the menu, nowadays it’s the trend in the craft bars to already showcase your creativity, storytelling and craft in the presentation & design of the cocktail menu.

  • Hospitality branding; We can offer help with photography, video, press, social media & PR.

  • Opening support. Support during opening, press & test event.

  • Return visits. Quality checks, implementing adjustments and seasonal changes.

sustainability in the bar

With sustainability in mind we always try to see where we can make the bar operations more eco-friendly. Using sustainable ingredients, creating hyper-local cocktail menus, buying from local craft brands and suppliers, reducing energy use, look at closed-loop systems and serving root-to-shoot drinks are all ways to take a look at. For all the projects we do, we will take a look at these different elements and see how we can grow together.
